Abstract: In view of the actual difficulties as heavy workload and shortage of personnel which faces Chunguang Oilfield，the authority take measures to integrate exploration，development and engineering in oilfield operation.Centering on profits gaining，they mange personnel by means of flat organization，localized and contractbased management.Other measures as information management，reasonable division of oil reservoir management units etc.are also taken.All the above discussed measures has contributed to the high efficiency overall development of Chunguang Oilfield.
