REFLECTIONS ON GOVERNMENT CREDIT AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF FINANCIAL CRISIS

Abstract: According to Marxism theory,credit crisis in capitalist society encourages speculation and contributes to capitalist economic and political crisis.This theory of credit applies to the present time of modern economy with a high level of credit system.Reflections on government credit from this perspective reveal that government credit can be achieved by developing the attitude of serving the people,respecting public right to information and by constructing a responsible government which runs under the guidance of constitution.And necessary regulations may also safeguard government credit.
