Abstract: Under lowcarbon economic background，the new business environment and social responsibility have brought significant influence on the survival and development of enterprises. As traditional and foundational channel in the closedloop supply chain，dealers must take lowcarbon behavior in order to realize the longterm use of resources and to maintain sustaining competitiveness. This paper appraises dealers’ lowcarbon capability by structural equation model，using software of SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.80 in processing index data，and then after the running，inspection and correction of the model，we select the key influence factors，and make necessary improvement in the hope of providing theoretical guidance and technical reference for dealers to get profits in both economic and environmental sides.
