Under lowcarbon economic background，the new business environment and social responsibility have brought significant influence on the survival and development of enterprises. As traditional and foundational channel in the closedloop supply chain，dealers must take lowcarbon behavior in order to realize the longterm use of resources and to maintain sustaining competitiveness. This paper appraises dealers’ lowcarbon capability by structural equation model，using software of SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.80 in processing index data，and then after the running，inspection and correction of the model，we select the key influence factors，and make necessary improvement in the hope of providing theoretical guidance and technical reference for dealers to get profits in both economic and environmental sides.

Employment competition among college graduates is becoming increasingly furious，so is employment pressure on them. Besides human capital，social capital is now playing an increasingly important influence on employment. Based on social capital theory，this paper explains the feasibility of studying employment problems of college graduates from the perspective of their social capital theory and puts forward a series of measures to avoid the negative influences of social capital. The authors points out that employment problems can be better solved if colleges and universities make better use of their resources in social capital accumulation，if families take initiative to upgrade the dimension of social capital，and if college graduates expand their social capital and raise the standards of social conduct by their own efforts to minimize the negative influences of social capital. At the same time，universities should also make attempts to further improve student quality，and families should pay closer attention to student cultivation. College graduates themselves should never regard social capital as the only hope for employment，either.

Event study method is generally used to determine whether the semistrong form market efficiency hypothesis is true of the securities market.This method focuses on whether there are remarkable changes in the rate of return of sample company stock before and after the event occurrence. This paper substitutes default distance of sample companies for the core factor，rate of return，of event study method，expecting to evaluate the efficiency of the securities market of our country from a different angle.Results of empirical analysis agree with the conclusions of the majority of researchers，which proves the feasibility of this method.The default distance based event study method also helps avoid the disagreements about market evaluation by means of the conventional semi-strong form market efficiency hypothesis.

Operational research is one of the important fundamental courses for students majoring in economics and management. The teaching of operational research should keep to the nature of this course and the quality of students majoring in economics and management in order to arouse students' interest in learning. In the teaching process，the class should also be student-oriented so that students′ leading position can be fully assured and they learn in accordance with their aptitude. As for teaching methods，efforts should be made in teaching content planning，resources exploitation and methods of lecturing. Interaction between teacher and students should also be strengthened for a full understanding of how well students learn. The ultimate purpose of this course is to enable students to think from the angle of operational research and to solve practical problems by using what they have learned in class.

Criminal law circle at home and abroad has put forward four criminal behavior theories: theory of spontaneous behavior，theory of social behavior，theory of purpose behavior and theory of personality behavior. The aforesaid four theories do have reasonable elements in them，but there are defects，too. Therefore it is necessary to improve criminal behavior theory based on human labor，which has uniform function. The improved criminal behavior theory，the theory of criminal behavior control，unifies the concept of behavior and covers crimes of omission and crimes of negligence，subsume circumstances both before and after crimes

Burden of proof is not clearly defined in Administrative Reconsideration Law，and therefore is not practicable enough. The burden of proof in the Administrative Procedure Law is a very good reference to the perfection of the burden of proof in administrative reconsideration. This paper first defines the concept of the burden of proof，and then points out that a fair allocation of the burden of proof of the applicant and the applied should be regulated by provisions of law so as to clarify the burden of proof in administrative reconsideration clearly.

The CASTEP，which includes purposes，principles，priorities，contents，organizational management of ChinaAfrica science and technology relationship in the future，is committed to enhancing science and technology capacity of African countries and achieving development of both China and Africa. As a response to the reinforcement of science and technology relationship between other countries and Africa，the CASTEP is an important measure to expand and deepen the ChinaAfrica relationship. The CASTEP is clearly targeted and applicable and will sure promote scientific and technological progress in Africa.

Deng Xiaoping is destined to become the general designer of Chinese reform and opening up to the outside world because of his internationalized perspective. And the formation of his view is closely related to his special personal experience and to the lessons he learned from Chinese history. His emphasizes that we should not copy the political system of other countries mechanically，but，on the other hand，he is strongly opposed to the practice of keeping our problems away from international background.Thus，Deng′s internationalized perspective was the foundation of his theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.From this perspective，Mr. Deng inspected at an early stage the overwhelming influence of globalization on the development of economy，political and culture around the world and presented the strategies that China should adopt when confronted with challenges of globalization.

The portrait of the special context of culture others displays the culture aphasia and rootlessness of them in an other culture. When exploring the formation and characteristics of the main-stream culture and customs，we also focus on the differences and complement between culture others and mainstream culture.Taking as an example the migration of population to the more advanced southeast provinces and cities in the 1990s，this paper attempts to probe into the historic influence of culture other on intercultural communication and hope to draw some inspirations.
