Abstract:
In light of the situation in which no effective method is available to sort compare the results of performance inspection between different departments and posts,the author suggests the use of Median Modulus Method in sorting the results of performance inspection in the entire organization.This paper gives detailed instructions on theoretical basis,model building and calculating method,and also a demonstration of the effectiveness of Median Modulus Method.This research finding has guiding significance for sorting the results of performance inspection of those staff who hold different posts(especially the posts in administrative sections of enterprise units and institutional units),and it is very effective in second appraisal during performance inspection appraisal among staff in different companies.
