INDICATOR DESIGN OF COLLEGE STUDENTS′ PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT BASED ON THE AHP METHOD

Abstract:

College students′ performance assessment,an important aspect in student management system,is an important way to form good atmosphere on campus,and also an important way for university culture to exert ideological and political education function.But now there are some problems: the assessment indicators lack logic,the description of the indicators lacks clearness,and the design of the weight lacks scientificalness.In view of this,this paper suggests that we can use AHP method to improve students′ performance assessment system.And then,taking the ideological and moral indicator and political quality indicator for example,this paper demonstrates the process of collecting,selecting,and researching of data,and the process of determining a reasonable weight indicator.The authors attempt to provide the field of college students′ performance assessment research with the incremental knowledge,and to provide reference for university authorities to establish their assessment indicator system.
