ENCHANTMENT AND DISENCHANTMENT ON LOW CARBON TECHNOLOGY

Abstract: The low carbon technology is an emerging technology which is intended to help humanity face the crisis world.But we must take precautions against possible enchantment on lowcarbon technology，which to a certain extent hinder the development of lowcarbon technology.In order to ensure the sustainable development of lowcarbon technology，we must first disenchant rationally the existing enchantment.
