Conflicts between mineral right and land property right are becoming increasingly intense.It is urgent to solve the conflicts as they have even caused crimes.Mineral right consists of mineral prospecting right and mining right of which the mineral prospecting right is prior to land property right.As for the conflicts between mining right and land property right，we suggest that priority be decided by evaluating and comparing between the two by means of AHP.Besides we think it necessary to regulate measures to prevent conflicts between mineral right and land property right by law.

The lowcarbon economy，as a new economic model with low energy consumption，low pollution，and lowemissions，is now popular with many nations around the world.The best choice for China to develop lowcarbon economy is to develop natural gas energy.This article mainly analyzes the natural gas industry in the context of the development and inadequacies of the lowcarbon economy，and at the same time proposes solutions to the problems，so that natural gas can play a better role in lowcarbon economy.Technically，natural gas exploitation should be improved.Pricing mechanism of natural gas should also be further reformed.And thirdly，supervision of natural gas industry should be tightened and related laws and regulations should be amplified to ensure the orderly and healthy development of natural gas industry under the circumstance of lowcarbon economy.

Time travel fictions has enjoyed great popularity on the Internet in recent years and has become the most eyecatching subject matter of public literature.Most time travel fictions integrate history，romance and fantasy，telling stories of romantic love and thus attract many teenagers，especially teenage girls.To some extent，those daydream like stories offer an escape from the stresses in life.But the prevalence of time travel fictions also reflects some problems of teenagers：their illiberal attitudes to life，their disillusion with reality，their unwillingness to “grow up”，and their utilitarian money worship.Those mentalities will have negative effects on teenager mental health and need due attention and proper guidance by both educators and social workers.

There have been the confusing phenomena in the present situation of Marxism in China.We have found that there exists a dual structure of “Marxism in platform” and “Marxism in forum”.And，there are huge differences between them.In contents：the “Marxism in platform” is oldfashioned，while the “Marxism in forum” fresh and new.In theory：the “Marxism in platform” remains the same for years，the “Marxism in forum” keeps developing.Such dual structures result in two different interpretations about the Marxism.However，they two both pursue the liberation of human being.This paper tries to explore the common interests between them so that we can better understand the problems in Marxism development in China from a new perspective.

There are not many researches done on the regulation of revocation and alteration of wills by Article 20 of Law of Succession of the People′s Republic of China.The author thinks that in law practice，problems exist in regulations of “conflict with one another in content”，“partially conflict with one another” and of the prevalence of notarial wills.Case study reveals that the exact meaning of “conflict with one another in content” should be clearly defined，wills which “partially conflict with one another” should be defined by making reference to terms of partially invalid contracts by Labor Contract Law，and one′s last written words which can be regarded as testatorwritten wills should enjoy equal validity to other forms of wills，which，the author thinks，should also enjoy equal validity to notarial wills.

Semantic vagueness has long been a subject of studies in both logicsemantics and cognitive psychology，and the latter has given a fruitful explanation from a new perspective.Based on the look at and the comparison between these two methods，the auther thinks Fillmore′s theory of frame and Lakoff′s idealized cognitive model provide a good access to further studies of vagueness of languages.However，idealized cognitive model is still an abstract and fixed psychological model，and the relations and interactions between models are changeable，which is similar to the distinction between semantics and pragmatics.

This paper probes into a new approach to English vocabulary teaching—lexical approach.The author first introduces the development and achievement of researches on lexical chunks and lexical approach home and abroad.Then the paper reports the results of an empirical study of the role of lexical chunks in English vocabulary acquisition.Finally，the paper concludes that lexical chunks can help significantly improve the ability in English vocabulary acquisition.So the lexical approach indeed offers us a new perspective to English vocabulary teaching.
