SICHUAN AND CHONGQING JOIN HANDS TO CREATE THE “BASIN OF INDUSTRY IN CHINA”

Abstract: Sichuan Basin consists of the majority of Sichuan and Chongqing，which form the “ChengduChongqing Economic Zone”.Its special geographic surroundings make the Basin an important starting point for economic development in West China.The authors point out that building the “ChengduChongqing Economic Zone” is in fact to build the Basin into a “Basin of industry in China”.The good industrial basis and the binucleus pattern of economic development in this area are a guarantee for success.
