Abstract: Deng Xiaoping is destined to become the general designer of Chinese reform and opening up to the outside world because of his internationalized perspective. And the formation of his view is closely related to his special personal experience and to the lessons he learned from Chinese history. His emphasizes that we should not copy the political system of other countries mechanically，but，on the other hand，he is strongly opposed to the practice of keeping our problems away from international background.Thus，Deng′s internationalized perspective was the foundation of his theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.From this perspective，Mr. Deng inspected at an early stage the overwhelming influence of globalization on the development of economy，political and culture around the world and presented the strategies that China should adopt when confronted with challenges of globalization.
