Abstract: Improving the pertinence of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of theoretical and practical significance. In practical terms, it is necessary to carry out well-aimed teaching with technology assistance under the problem-oriented principle and the prerequisite of "supply and demand" so as to guarantee coordinate education. We suggest reforming ideological and political education in colleges and universities in both the "supply side" and the "demand side", investigating and clarifying problems to be solved in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, taking students and time and local elements in teaching with assistance of big data, intelligent recommendation algorithm and block chain in constructing coordinate education in and outside university campus.
