ON EFFECTS OF IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION FROM MULTIDIMENSIONAL PERSPECTIVES

Abstract: Multidimensional perspectives are a striking feature in researches on ideological and political education in recent years.This paper probes into the effects of ideological and political education from the perspectives of information dissemination,social psychology,and reception aesthetics,and then explains the significance of the transformation and diversity of research perspectives to the innovation in educational research.The authors of this paper think that ideological and political education is a special kind of information dissemination activities,which involves educators,educational content,educational carriers and education subjects.These above-mentioned factors are variables,the combination of which will have a major impact on the ideological and political education.Social psychology concerns about the effect of implicit influence and accumulated effects,which will promote changes in educator attitudes and hence optimize education results.The reception theories of “horizon of expectations”,“aesthetic distance” and “second text” also play an important role in changing the conception and enhance the effect of ideological and political education.
