Abstract: In recent years，it is commonplace for female college students to have abortions，which to some extent reflects contemporary college students′ negative attitude towards love and life and their ethical values.This negative attitude derives from two aspects：one is college students′ indifference towards life，the other is college students′ self-enjoyment of emotional life，which lead to the tensions between life and living.“Abortion” is the product of this “tension”，which embodies not only a violence of cruel rationality，but also a fragmented and broken humanity.Therefore，arousing college students′ sense of responsibility and improving the real quality of their living are important ways in “life” education which can improve college students′ understanding of life and reshape the meaning of “life”.
