Abstract: Rural grassroot party organization is the foundation of the Chinese Communist Party，which always value the construction of rural grassroot organizations.The Chinese Communist Party′s victories in democratic revolution，socialist revolution and socialist construction period，or in the new era of reforming and opening are inseparable to the party′s construction of organization at rural level.In the historic stage of building new socialist countryside，a review of the CPC history of the construction of rural grassroot organizations is of great significance in strengthening the construction of rural grassroot party organizations in the new period，and in strengthening the Party′s ruling foundation in rural areas.
