Abstract: Chinese culture is an important source of strength for the Chinese people to fight the COVID-19 epidemic. The spirit of national unity， the patriotic feelings， and the spirit of creativity of the Chinese nation have provided us with power support. Excellent traditional culture is the root of self-confidence in fighting the epidemic. The value concept of people first and the cultural concept of“harmony but difference” are fully displayed in the anti-epidemic efforts. The excellence of socialist system is the core of self-confidence in fighting the epidemic， which displays significant advantages of national governance and extraordinary national cohesiveness. The revolutionary culture is the genetic code to defeat the epidemic and embodies the unity， courage and optimism of the Chinese people， as the Party is greatly concerned about its people’s welfare.
