    The legal regime is the choice and need of sustainable development. Besides, legal regime adjusts oil industry and social relationship as well. However, there are huge differences in the performance among four types of legal regimes which are used for achieving oil industry sustainable development. Conventional legal regimes have not shown effectively control. On the contrary, unconventional legal regimes have been considered vigorous. Thereby, it is significant that we should envisage the strong and positive influence of those unconventional legal regimes which may bring us some useful advice in the future.

    Reservoir management is a favourable method for optimizing asset assignment, reducing operation cost and improving economic benefits of oilfield operation, and assists operators to achieve an oil company’s all-round, harmonious and sustainable development. In this paper the requirements in reservoir management for evaluating and predicting an oil company’s benefits were propsed. A decision-making model fitting for benefits evaluation of reservoir management unit has been established based on the oilfield development and finacial data obtained from current reservoir management unit.

    Because the flight delay, the flight cancel or the flight overbooking cause the passengers traveling schedule delay, this is the question which makes the aviation passengers has a headache. The poor quality of air services, even the most basic right to know is not protected, which will inevitably have disputes. This article analyzes first the necessity of safeguarding the passengers’ right to know, then proposes the relevant strategy to protect the passengers’ right to know from the perspective of the carriers and passengers.
