    The core essence of building a socialist education with Chinese characteristics is reflected in five key aspects: upholding the Party's overall leadership over education, adhering to the socialist orientation in running schools, serving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, rooting education in the realities of China, and developing education with a people-centered approach. A leading country in education with Chinese characteristics should possess strong ideological and political guidance, competitive talent cultivation capacity, solid scientific and technological support, enough livelihood security, sound social coordination, and extensive international influence. These “six key strengths” are highly consistent with the national "five-sphere integrated plan" and share the same origin as the “three fundamental attributes” of education—its political nature, people-oriented nature, and strategic importance. Together, they form an interconnected, mutually reinforcing, and synergistic whole, constituting the core indicators and developmental framework for a leading country in edcation.The historic leap from a large education nation to a leading country in education remains a long-term, complex, and profoundly significant systemic project. To achieve this, it is essential to uphold and apply a systemic perspective, and to properly understand and manage five major relationships: supporting national strategies while meeting the needs of people's livelihoods, balancing knowledge acquisition with holistic development, aligning talent cultivation with societal demands, maintaining order while fostering dynamism, and rooting efforts in China's realities while drawing on international experience. Ultimately, a strong education system will lay a solid foundation for national rejuvenation.

    As a unique cultural phenomenon in the history of Chinese revolution, the revolutionary slogan in the Central Soviet Area is not only the historical witness of the Party leading the Chinese people to actively carry out the revolution in a difficult environment, but also the manifestation of the Party making full use of national culture to shape revolutionary discourse. In order to better publicize the Party's political propositions and call on the people to participate in the revolution, the Party transformed its political propositions and revolutionary program into daily life discourse through revolutionary slogans. This not only promoted the wide spread of the Party's revolutionary theory, but also further promoted the sinicization and popularization of Marxism. Strengthening researches on the revolutionary slogans in the Central Soviet Area shaping the Party's revolutionary discourse can not only contribute to better implementation of Xi Jinping's requirement of "making good use of revolutionary legacies and continuing the revolutionary tradition", but also to better telling Chinese stories and spreading Chinese voices for the new era.

    Labor and what it creates form the very substance of common prosperity for all people. The nature of labor serves as the bedrock for establishing the social relations that underpin common prosperity for the entire populace. Moreover, the level of labor exerts a driving force on the advancement of common prosperity for all. Against this backdrop, the pursuit of common prosperity for all people inherently entails certain justice imperatives regarding labor. From a value perspective, it is essential to uphold the people-centered approach, thereby highlighting the people's status as the principal actors. In the social realm, efforts should be made to foster a sense of recognition of labor value and to accord due respect to both labor and laborers. With regard to labor relations, it is necessary to construct harmonious labor relationships and establish a just labor order. At present, the endeavor to promote common prosperity for all people confronts multiple challenges related to labor justice across various aspects, including the material foundation, distribution principles, technological empowerment, and value consensus. To address these issues, the following corresponding measures are suggested: cultivating a new generation of individuals who are well-suited to the requirements of new and high-quality productive forces, optimizing the wealth accumulation mechanism while firmly adhering to the principle of distribution according to work, redefining labor justice in the era of the digital economy, and constructing a consensus on labor value in order to transcend the influence of the capital logic.

    With the booming development of digital education, digital technology, as a new medium and engine for the transformation and upgrading of education in the new era, has inherent advantages such as information integration, data sharing, and element interconnection, which can provide deep and refined technical support for the high-quality development of ideological and political education, thus maximizing the value and effectiveness of "tailor-made", "natural", and "enlightening" ideological and political education. Therefore, in order to explore optimization strategies for empowering the high-quality development of ideological and political education with digital intelligence technology, we need to break through the "algorithm black box", solve the "technology suspension", and get rid of the "tool dependence" and other practical concerns.     New-quality productive forces have become the key driving force of the high-quality development of the public cultural service system, with their operative mechanism being a deep restructuring toward intelligence, digitalization, efficiency, and systematization. The new-type labor force, as a cognitive engine, injects endogenous momentum into the intelligent transformation of public cultural services; the new-media means of labor, as an innovation drive, lays the institutional and technological foundation for digital evolution; the new-quality objective of labor, as an efficiency fulcrum, advances the precision and effectiveness of content supply; and coordination among factors of production, as a hub mechanism, propels the integration and leapfrogging of service paradigms. However, in practice there remain constraints such as mismatches in laborer capability structures, imbalances between the supply and use of means of labor, lagging responsiveness of objectives of labor, and ruptures in factor coordination, all of which dilute the enabling effects of new-quality productive forces. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the matching mechanism for laborer capability structures, establish a sound allocation system for means of labor, optimize the data-response system for objective of labor, and build an integrated coordination mechanism among production factors, so as to advance the high-quality development of public cultural services.

    The modernization of urban community governance serves as a foundation and support in the process of advancing the Chinese path to modernization. The new quality productive forces, characteristic of high technology, high efficiency, and high quality, is the decisive core driving factor for promoting this modernization in the new era. From the perspective of the "four-dimensional" goal framework for urban community governance modernization, the essence of empowerment by new quality productive forces lies in using digital technology leaps to trigger the synergistic evolution and deep restructuring of governance structures, rule systems, operational mechanisms, and capacity elements, and to drives the iterative upgrade of urban community governance models towards platform-based governance, rule-intelligent governance, agile governance, and generalist-oriented governance, thereby providing core momentum for advancing the socialization, legalization, intellectualization, and specialization of urban community governance. In future-oriented urban community governance practice, efforts should be made to persistently enhance the adaptability of digital technology embedded in community scenarios, to increasing the initiative of community organizations to accept digital technologies, and to strengthen the comprehensiveness of the community environment's support for digital technologies.     Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality have become key drivers propelling China's enterprises toward green transformation and development. As a vital policy tool for achieving these goals, the new energy model city initiative serves as a significant means to accelerate corporate green technological innovation. Using data from 283 prefecture-level cities and China's A-share listed companies between 2007 and 2021, this study employs a difference-in-differences model to examine the impact mechanism of the new energy model city policy on corporate green technological innovation. Findings reveal that this policy significantly promotes green technological innovation among enterprises. The effect is particularly pronounced for state-owned enterprises, heavily polluting enterprises, and companies located in economically developed regions and areas with high levels of openness. The study further identifies environmental regulations, corporate ESG performance, and financing constraints as the primary mechanisms through which these policies drive innovation. Consequently, future efforts should focus on amplifying the policy's impact by actively disseminating successful practices, expanding the pilot city network, and implementing differentiated policies.

    New-quality productivity provides the core driving force for the construction of a modernized industrial system in answer to the practical demands of building a modernized economic system. Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2023, this paper examines the effect of new-quality productivity on the construction of a modernized industrial system. The research finds that new-quality productivity has a positive empowering effect on the construction of a modernized industrial system, and new technological conditions and new resource allocation exert more significant empowering effects on the construction of a modernized industrial system; intellectual property protection and science and technology finance have played significant positive moderating roles in the process of new-quality productivity empowerment. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the empowering effect of new-quality productivity varies significantly among different levels of fiscal autonomy capacity, different levels of value chain climbing, different degrees of openness, and different regions. In light of this, it is necessary to develop new-quality productivity in a way that suits local conditions by strengthening intellectual property protection and promoting the development of science and technology finance so as to empower the construction of a modernized industrial system.

    The influencer economy is the product of the deep development of the Internet, and e-commerce live-streaming is its most representative business model. The realization of the value co-creation of the e-commerce live-streaming ecosystem is the internal condition for the healthy development of the e-commerce live-streaming, and also the goal of the emerging business model development under the background of the influencer economy. Based on the value co-creation theory, we make a study on the value co-creation of e-commerce live-streaming and reveal the essence of the value co-creation of e-commerce live-streaming ecosystem through systematic description of the main elements and their relationships of e-commerce live-streaming ecosystem under the background of influencer economy, and give an explanation of the internal mechanism and constraints of the value co-creation ecosystem of e-commerce live-streaming. The research holds that the value co-creation of e-commerce live-streaming ecosystem is the result of interest interaction among the parties involved. According to the different roles of each party in the ecosystem, value co-creation can be categorized into trust value co-creation, product value co-creation, platform value co-creation and experience value co-creation. Its essence is the process of overcoming constraints, and achieving value participation, value creation, and value enhancement by the parties involved in the internet celebrity live streaming e-commerce ecosystem.

    Audit supervision promoting the Party's self-revolution is an innovative proposition in integrating Marxist party building theory with China's governance practice. At the theoretical level, audit supervision is rooted in the Marxist thought of power restriction and economic supervision, which embodies the inherent requirements of the proletarian party for the standardization of power operation and the compliance of economic behavior. At the historical level, audit supervision has gone through the stages of exploration in the New Democratic Revolution period, tortuous development in the socialist revolution and reconstruction period, reconstruction after the reform and opening up, and the comprehensive innovation in the new era, and has always resonated with the party's self-revolution process and accumulated rich governance experience. At the practical level, audit supervision is an urgent need to deal with the problem of corruption within the party, to improve governance efficiency, and to solve the unique problems of the big party.
