Xi Jinping's important discourse on national energy security represents the Communist Party of China's deepened understanding of energy principles in the new era, making innovative contributions to both energy theory and practice. Theoretically, through the concepts of new-quality energy productivity, diversified energy supply, and low-carbon energy conservation, it achieves the Sinicization and contemporary adaptation of Marxist energy thought, constructing a theoretical framework for energy security with Chinese characteristics. At the practical level, Xi has proposed a "five-pronged" implementation framework. Currently, global AI security governance faces multiple challenges, including a deteriorating security environment, increasing security risks, inadequate security mechanisms, and outdated security concepts. In response, China actively implements the Global Security Initiative (GSI) and elaborates on the goals, main components, methodologies, and core drives of AI security governance from four dimensions: common security, comprehensive security, cooperative security, and sustainable security. The urbanization of migrant workers is of great significance for promoting the new urbanization process, the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the realization of Chinese-style modernization. At present, the urbanization of migrant workers is confronted with the following situations: the growth of migrant workers leaving their hometowns and of those entering cities are at low rate; migrant workers hold low human capital and earn low income; migrant workers enjoy low employment security and low living and housing standards. Meanwhile, the urbanization of migrant workers is also profoundly influenced by three predicaments: the state of "migratory birds flying alone" under low income, limited funds for moving to cities in the face of high housing prices, and the conservative concept of self-isolated urban centrism. In the new era, it is necessary to further deepen the reform in three aspects: supporting the development of micro, small and medium enterprises and enhancing human capital, building the urban attraction mechanism and the rural encouragement mechanism, and reforming the household registration system centering on the equal allocation of public services, so as to achieve major changes in the occupational structure, residence structure and identity structure of migrant workers, and ensure the coordinated development of the employment structure, regional structure, population structure and industrial structure of national economic and social development, thereby facilitating the smooth realization of the urbanization of migrant workers.

Risks are inherent in any sporting event and cannot be completely avoided or eliminated. Event regulation can only prevent and control additional risks, but cannot block the inherent risks. Sports event insurance, with its dual functions of risk prevention and loss relief, can be a powerful supplement to event regulation. Unfortunately, sports event insurance in China has long been limited by competitive events and obscured by the sponsorship model, and has not been able to develop in a healthy way, with very limited protection. The Sports Law of the People's Republic of China (2022 Revision) added for the first time an article about sports event insurance, providing a legal basis for the reconstruction of the system of sports event insurance. However, the provisions cannot cover the many contents of sports event insurance. As far as reconstruction is concerned, in terms of the scope of meaning, sports event insurance should be differentiated from the individual-based sports personal insurance, upholding the event organizer-centrism, and the specific scope includes event accident injury insurance, sports facilities insurance, cancellation insurance and public liability insurance; in terms of the rules and clauses, the product name, nature of the insurance, and the policy agreement of the different types of insurance shall be clarified.

In recent years, public security situation and criminal structure in China have undergone major changes; therefore, crime governance needs to conforms to the criminal structure and transforms to petty crime governance. In the transformation, the cooperation between the procuratorial organs and the public security organs is the key. In order to further improve the relationship between prosecutorial organs and the police, the investigation supervision and cooperation mechanism emerged. The new era endows the mechanism with new connotation and mission, highlighting the supervision and guidance functions of the procuratorial organs, and emphasizing the two-way cooperation between the prosecution and the police. The mechanism has unblocked the channels for control of the source of petty crimes, improved the quality of petty crimes cases and the effectiveness of supervision. However, we cannot ignore the problems in the management of petty crimes, such as insufficient diversion of cases in the stage of investigation and high rate of light punishment after arrest. To give full play to the cooperation role of the prosecution and the police, and to promote the effective governance of petty crimes cases under the investigation supervision and cooperation mechanism, the prosecution and the police should strengthen the control of the entrance of the criminal procedure, and improve the application of non-detention compulsory measures with the support of science and technology.
