The effect analysis of natural gas demand factors plays an important role in predicting market demand and energy market stability at the enterprise level. Based on the natural gas marketing data of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, this paper analyzes the effect of various influencing factors and the heterogeneity of the industry using a multi-factor regression model. The results show that there are overall differences and industry heterogeneity in the effects of various influencing factors. When studying and judging the key factors affecting demand, enterprises should focus on factors like the market price of civil natural gas, the price difference between prices of urban gas use and supply, natural gas supply price, market price of industrial natural gas. Energy enterprises should build intelligent marketing management strategies based on complex scenarios, strengthen the prediction and risk response capabilities, and promote the high-quality development, so as to promote the healthy operation of China's energy industry, and serve the top-level design of national energy security.

Land capitalization and its value-added distribution are promoting the process of China's modernization, and are a major distribution justice issue where various appeals, disputes and even conflicts meet. Land capitalization alleviates the problems of land idleness and local financial tension, and creates basic conditions for urbanization and industrialization. But there exist problems in land capitalization among which are individual income overloading, the primary distribution justice issue. The nature of land dividend and its essential attribute determine that individual income must be reasonably limited in the capitalization of land in contemporary China. In the realization mechanism of public interests, the government plays a natural role as a rule-maker and distribution corrector in improving the land capital operation. It is the responsibility of governments at all levels to strictly control the use of land, standardize the bidding, auction and listing system, improve the land collection procedures, establish a progressive tax system, and realize the sharing of land dividends.

In order to effectively implement the rural revitalization strategy and realize the prosperity of industry, effective governance and prosperous life, we need the support of modern financial service system. Based on the sectional data of China Household Finance Survey (CHFS) and Index of Digital Rural County (2018), this paper uses Probit model to estimate and empirically-test how the development of digital economy affects the loan choices of rural households from the perspectives of digital technology development and allocation of population resources. The results show that digital technology development has a significant positive impact on the loan behavior of rural households as their participation in digital financial activities reduce the cost of loan for both parties, and the allocation of population resources has a significant negative impact on the loan behavior of rural households, which is mainly manifested in that the improvement of digital countryside development in the province has brought about an income increase to the rural households and reduced their needs for loans.

In the process of urbanization, China's population distribution shows tendency of urban agglomerations. With 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta as the research samples, we compare and analyze the characteristics of population structure changes in the three provinces and one municipality in the Yangtze River Delta during 2010-2022 using demographic statistics. The study finds that: the population continues to gather in the major cities, with 13 of the 41 cities experiencing population contraction and 10 cities with the largest population accounting for nearly 40% of the total population of the Yangtze River Delta; the Yangtze River Delta has become one of the regions with the most serious population aging and the lowest natural population growth rate in China, especially in Shanghai; the working population in the two provinces and the municipality except for Zhejiang Province is shrinking, and the Yangtze River Delta's demographic dividend is weakening; Anhui Province has the largest outflow of population, the slowest population growth, the lowest urbanization level, and the largest internal differences. In the context of negative population growth, the Yangtze River Delta needs to give full play to the self-regulation and complementary role of population in the area to promote the population in agglomeration towards equilibrium in order to tap the advantages of population development.

Mountainous scenic areas are in an important position in upgrading China's tourism industry and driving the surrounding regional economy. Based on the texts of tourists' online comments, the image perception and emotional expression of them were analyzed with content analysis method, cognitive theory and analysis software. The results show that: there are similarities and differences in tourists’product experience, emotional expression and brand image perception of Anhui mountainous scenic areas; high-frequency words of tourist perception are “attractions”, “facilities”, “service” and “experience” with a long-tail type distribution, and each scenic area has its own characteristic word system with significant image recognition. The semantic network of individual scenic spot and all scenic spots shows a radial “core-edge” distribution: the scenic areas on the whole takes a multi-level pattern of distribution around “scenic spot”, “views” and “cable car”, while individual scenic area shows a single core and multi-level pattern centered on scenic area names. Tourists expressed a relatively high percentage of positive emotions and a lower percentage of neutral and negative emotions; of the major factors, “accommodation”, “transportation”, “tour” and “entertainment” get the highest tourist satisfaction, while “food” and “purchase” get lower satisfaction. The quality of service of scenic areas should be improved by publicizing feature scenic resources, improving the image recognition of scenic areas, promoting the construction of facilities and environment, and promoting product innovation and development.

Properly handling the relationship between the central and local governments is the political foundation for improving the national governance system, enhancing the national governance capacity, and realizing the goal of Chinese-style modernization. Lenin's What is to Be Done provides important inspirations for the correct handling of China's central-local relations from four aspects: strengthening the leadership of the central government to the local governments, scientifically dividing the power and responsibility of the central and local governments, strengthening the local cadre cultivation, and strengthening the cooperation between the central and local governments. At present, the relationship between the central and local governments is the primary political relationship in China, and also the basic institutional arrangement in the development of Chinese-style modernization. In order to build a good relationship between the central and local governments, we must strike a dynamic balance in central and local power allocation with efforts made in the above mentioned four aspects.

In Manuscript of Economics and Philosophy in 1844(hereinafter referred to as the “Manuscript”), Marx systematically and clearly expounded his thoughts on communism for the first time, which signals the birth of his ideas of historical materialism and has important theoretical and practical value. The “Manuscript” made systematical and rational criticisms about the various communist schools, views or trends of thought at that time, laying the foundation for the beginning of Marx's early thoughts on communism. Marx put forward that communism is the realization of the human nature, the harmonization of human relation, and the movement of reality revolution. These laid a solid philosophical and theoretical foundation for Marx's scientific thoughts on communism, and also provided us with important values in strengthening the communist ideal, adhering to the new people-centered development concepts and in building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

The Civil Code has designed the rules for the sale of retention of title around the attribute of security, so that the retained ownership essentially plays the role of security interest. Judicial interpretation and scholars' interpretation have alleviated the systematic contradiction and semantic conflict in civil law, but it has incurred adverse effect in the bankruptcy procedure. When determining whether the right of the seller is a complete ownership or a security right which claims on property, the stands of courts are ambiguous. Therefore, when applying the relevant rules of the bankruptcy law, the security attribute of ownership retention should be emphasized. The realization of the seller's rights should follow the idea of claiming on property, and should follow the internal logic of the security interest in the claim of the creditor's main right, the damage and the right of recall by subrogation. To avoid conflict in meaning, law interpretation should hold that the seller has a kind of ownership with legal liquidation obligation.

With the arrival of Big Data era, data is affecting every aspect of the production, life and development of society, as well as people’s perception and judgment of traditional ethical values and legal systems. Taking the form of data, digital inheritance has become a new type of property right. Because of its own data properties, and the traditional inheritance system cannot effectively protect the digital property right. The modern society urgently needs a digital inheritance system in response. Although there are many debates on the inheritability of digital legacy in academic circles, when digital inheritance is considered a new type of property right, we can construct a “compound priority theory” institutional model of digital inheritance based on the mobility and interactivity of data to protect the data inheritance right. In this regard, the analyses of the inheritance scope, inheritance method, obligation of proper treatment, and justification of system become a realistic issue that must be tackled in the process of conceptualizing the digital inheritance system.

In the era of misdemeanor calling for the transformation of criminal governance, misdemeanor governance came into being. Misdemeanor governance does not shake the status and value of defense in criminal proceedings, but causes significant changes in the defense patterns of lawyers, including the advancement of defense stage, the change of defense focus and the adjustment of defense strategy. On the other hand, misdemeanor governance causes practical difficulties for lawyers’pretrial defense, reducing effectiveness of lawyers’defense, causing insufficient protection of lawyers’defense rights, and reducing lawyers’defense to a mere formality. In order to effectively deal with this challenge, efforts must be made in the future to improve lawyers’professional competence, to protect lawyers’defense rights and to strengthen defense lawyers’ability to participate in substantive consultation, so that equal negotiation between the prosecution and the defended is ensured and lawyers’potential motivated, and hence high-quality development of pretrial defense in misdemeanor cases is realized.

Xi Jinping put forward the important idea of “two woks” in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, demonstrating the power of truth of Marxism. That “Marxism works in the Chinese context” is the positive evaluation by the Chinese people based on historical facts. The reasons why Marxism woks in the Chinese context can be explained as follows: first, Marxism is theoretically able to continue innovation and development; second, it is based on the interpretation frame of problems for modernization; third, it is of a practice oriented character; fourth, it adheres to “combination of theory and practice” . On the new journey, we must continue to open up new frontiers in adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions and to the times, and we must uphold the principle of putting the people first, remain self-confidence and self-reliance, adhere to the mentality of innovation and the problem-oriented strategy, and a holistic vision of the world and mankind.

Tentative slackness is the initial stage of the evolution from the ideal mental state to slackness in daily work, and is an important stage of the generation of the danger of mental slackness. Tentative slackness takes different forms: individual or collective, leadership or executive, reversible or irreversible, short-term or long-term, dissipation of self-imposed requirements or test of discipline system. Tentative slackness shows different features: inactivity in work or dynamic-gaming, mental wavering or behavioral deviation, bottom-line erosion or ethos destruction, universal occurrence or local recurrence, finite slacking or controllable consequences. It’s important to strengthen the study on tentative slackness, because that is beneficial for deepening the understanding of the laws of Party style construction, expanding theoretical research on party construction, promoting the growth of the talent team, and overcoming and resolving the danger of mental slackness.
