水力压裂施工停泵卸压后裂缝闭合压密数学模型初探

摘要: 在水力压裂施工完后,随着停泵卸压,已被压开的裂缝又呈闭合趋势。尽管压裂支撑剂力图阻挡着这一事件的发生,但一定的闭合压密总是存在的,这就使得水力压裂效果并不象以往计算方法各尽所能得到的那样乐观。因此,本文试图对水力压裂停泵卸压后,裂缝的闭合压密问题进行一些探讨,从对压裂裂缝中的沉砂状态分析入手,进一步把压裂裂缝闭合压密分为压裂液的继续滤失和砂堆的压实两个发展过程。从而建立起了水力压裂停泵卸压后闭合压密问题的数学模型。

Abstract: After the hydraulic fracturing work ends and the pumping stops, the cracks fractured will show a tendency to close. Though fracturing sands try to stand in its way, there still exist closing and pressing to a certain degree. Thus the effect of hydraulic fracturing is not so optimistic as was calculated in the past. So, this paper tries to inquire into the problem that cracks are pressed and closed after the fracturing work ends and the puming stops. In light of the analysis of the sand deposit state in the fractured cracks, the pressing and closing of fractured cracks will be divided into two developing courses in which fracturing fluid continues to lose and sand heap is pressed. Therefore, a mathematical model is established for the problem that cracks are pressed and closed after the fracturing work ends and the pumping is stopped.
