摘要:  利用原Digitran公司模拟器的外壳,研制出我院的第一台钻井工程培训模拟器。主要介绍
在这套模拟器里的主要数学模型和主控程序设计,数学模型包括:专业数学模型、操作元器件动作效果模型、操作工艺过程模型。专业数学模型是指与钻井有关的数学模型,主要是指国内外公认的数学模型;操作元器件动作效果模型是指操作元器件时所需要的动作效果模型;操作工艺过程模型是为了控制钻井工艺过程而建立的模型,它分为强制性操作工艺过程模型和非强制性操作工艺过程模型。主控程序设计包括:正常钻进、起下钻和钻井压力控制三个主控程序设计。该模拟器主要用于培训钻井司钻、钻井技术员和钻井工程师。

Abstract: The outer covering of original Digitran Company’s simulator is used in developing the first drilling engineering training simulator in SWPI. This paper briefly introduces the mathematical models and main control programs about the simulator. The mathematical models include: major mathematical models, operation models about the effect operating elements & devices and operating process models. The major mathematical models used in the simulator are related to drilling engineering, and are recognized at home and abroad. The operation models demanded in operating elements and devices. The operating technique process models are built in order to control drilling technique process. The models include the mandatory models and the non-mandatory models of operating technique process. Main control programs include: drilling feed, trip up & down operations and well control. This simulator is mainly used for training driller, drilling technician and drilling engineer.
