摘要:

针对目前原油C1~C7轻烃分析中常采用蒸馏切割方法,容易导致烃类损失,从而使分析精度降低等弊端,详细阐述了蒸发烃分离器的研制和实验操作步骤,以及蒸发烃色谱的定性、定量分析条件。采用增温蒸发形式来分析C1~C7轻烃,不仅可以不再使用液氮,而且降低了分析成本,使分离分析各单体烃组份结果的可信度大大提高,因而具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract: Distilling analysis method is often used in C1~C7light hydrocarbon of crude oil. It easily results in hydrocarbon loss and analysis accuracy reduction. A method of“increasing temperature evaporation”was used to analyze C1~C7light hydrocarbon, which did not need liquid nitrogen,reduced the cost of analysis and inhanced the reliability of analyzing each monomer hydrocarbon. This paper has given a minute description in the development of light hydrocarbon separator,experimental procedure,qualitative and quantitative analysis condition of evaporative hydrocarbon gas chromatography.
