一种高温酸化缓蚀剂的合成及其性能研究

摘要:

以芳香酮、甲醛、有机二胺为原料,合成了一种酮醛胺缩合物。利用该缩合物与一些有效组分的协同作用,制备出HZF—2复合酸化缓蚀剂。对HZF—2的高温高压缓蚀性能及在土酸中的缓蚀效果进行了评价,研究了H2S的存在对HZF—2缓蚀性能的影响,考察了该缓蚀剂对地层伤害的情况。结果表明:该缓蚀剂在高温高压下具有较好的缓蚀性能,能抗硫化氢危害,对地层伤害小。透射扫描电镜分析证明了缓蚀剂在钢片表面的吸附膜的存在。

Abstract:

A Mannich product has been synthesized by selecting reaction conditions, and HZF-2 compound acid corrosion inhibitor has been prepared on the basis of the Mannich product. Inhibition efficiency of HZF- 2 under elevated temperature, high pressure and existence of hydrogen sulfide has been evaluated. In addition, damage of the corrosion inhibitor on formation has also been investigated. Results have showed that HZF-2 has good protection for N80 steel contacting with strong acid at normal pressure, high temperature and pressure. It can resist harmful hydrogen sulfide and has little damage to the tested formation core .As a result, HZF-2 can meet the needs of acid treatment.
