牙轮钻头强化主动保径结构的研究

摘要:

对现有常规钻头进行了保径部位失效分析和切削结构分析,研究了国内外牙轮钻头的保径结构,在此基础上提出了一种强化主动保径结构。根据研究成果完成了强化主动保径牙轮钻头的设计、试制和现场试验,现场试验证实了该强化保径结构能够提高牙轮钻头的机械钻速。

Abstract:

Based on analysis of gauge wear and cutting structure of conventional bits and research of gauge structure of bits, a design scheme that enhances the function of active gage protection of roller cone bits is disclosed. Design, trial production and field test of the roller cone bits that strengthened the function of ac-tive gage protection were fulfilled according to the result of thstudy. The field test results indicated that the technology of enhanced active gage protection can increase the ROP of the roller cone bits.
