摘要:

为确定振动筛筛箱应力分布规律,保证筛箱具有足够的强度,采用大型设计分析软件Pro/E中的Mechanica模块,建立了XRZS-Z型振动筛的强度计算有限元模型。分析结果表明,筛箱上各点应力为周期性变应力,应力集中主要出现在电机座各块板的连接部位,以及L型横梁与筛箱侧板的连接部位,筛箱各部分满足强度要求。

Abstract:

To determine the stress distribution of XRZS-Z Shale Shaker, and ensure the strength of the shaker body, the Finite Element model for strength calculating of the shaker body was established with the Mechanical mode of Pro/E. The analyzing results indicated that the stress of shaker body is periodical varying stress, the stress concentration mainly was at the joint between two shells of electric motor seat, and between the Lbeam and side shell of shaker body, and the strength of every part of the shaker body is enough.
