交联聚合物溶液动态成胶时间确定及运移过程研究

摘要:

进行了交联聚合物溶液在填砂管多孔介质中动态成胶及其运移过程实验,确定了交联聚合物溶液在填砂管多孔介质中的动态成胶时间,考察了交联聚合物溶液在填砂管多孔介质中的运移过程。结果表明,交联聚合物溶液动态成胶时间大于静态成胶时间,在该实验条件下,动态成胶时间为9~11天; LPS运移实验说明了交联聚合物溶液在填砂管多孔介质中具有良好的传播性。

Abstract:

In this article, experimental investigation of the flowing gelling time and transferprocess of crosslinked polymer solution has been conducted in porousmedium with a long sand packing model.The flowing gelling time has been ascertained and the transfer process in porousmedium has been considered. Results indicate that the dynamic gelling time ismore than the static gellin time and the dynamic gelling time is 9-11 days in the experimental condition. The propagation property of the crosslinke polymer solution is excellent by the transfer process experimen in porousmedium.
