聚丙烯酰胺凝聚剂的研究

摘要: 为了解决聚驱油田转后续水驱阶段地层滞留聚合物再利用的问题,运用微乳法制备聚丙烯酰胺凝聚剂的方法,研制出一种带有阳离子基团的体型聚合物凝聚剂,并对该凝聚剂的制备、性能进行了评价。结果表明:在聚丙烯酰胺凝聚剂的阳离子度为5%、两种溶液质量分数相同、体积比为1:1,剪切速率为170s-1的条件下,可以提高黏度约10mPa·s;在80℃水浴恒温4h,黏度降低率仅为3%;在氯化钠用量达到1%时,溶液中复合体系的黏度仍为32.9mPa·s。新型凝聚剂有显著的增黏效果和深部调驱意义。

Abstract: To reuse the retained polymer after water flooding for polymer flooding oilfield,a three dimensional polymer coagulant with cationic groups is prepared via microemulsion polymerization.Performance evaluation tests show that when the shear rate is 170s-1 and the cationic degree of this polyacrylamide coagulant is 5%,the viscosity of solution with equal polymer mass fraction and a volume ratio of 1:1 can be improved by 10mPa·s.In addition,when the solution is bathed in 80℃ water bath for 4 hours,the viscosity reduction is only 3%.Viscosity of the compound system stays at 32.9mPa·s even with the NaCl concentration rising to 1%.This polyacrylamide coagulant shows great potential in viscosity increase and deep profile control.
