摘要:

针对油田和气井等野外作业,设计无人智能监控系统,采用USB摄像头采集图像,组建嵌入式视频监控系统,实现动态监控。运用动态图像分析和处理技术,获取动态图像报警和控制信号,并实现实时视频图像Internet网上传送。系统响应速度快,低于100ms;控制精度高,动态图像区域小于背景面积的1%;实现了图像检测火灾,构成多功能监控,可运用于火灾和环境远程监控;与温度传感器复合使用,实现了立体监控,极大地降低误报率。实验证明,系统方案简单,控制效果好,可移植性强,适用范围宽。

Abstract: Aimed at field operation such as oil field and gas well,a monitoring aptitude system is designed and USB camera
is used for image acquisition to set up embedded video monitoring system for dynamic monitoring.Alarm and control signals of dynamic images are obtained by using dynamic image analysis and processing technologies,and real-time video images are transmitted on-line.This system is fastly responsed,which is lower than 100ms;high-precision with the dynamic
image area less than 1% of background region;the fire hazard inspection is realized by images,which constitutes a multifunction monitor system that can be used in remote monitoring for fire and the environment,it is operated with the temperature sensors so that reduces the false alarm rate greatly.Experiment shows that this system is simple,relocated
easily and wide-range applicability.
