一种超分子体系堵水-防砂性能评价及应用

摘要: 由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和乳酸-聚乙二醇-2000共聚物(PLA-PEG-2000,mLA/mPEG=10/1)制备了超分子溶液。探讨了超分子溶液的堵水、防砂机理;研究了其堵水、防砂性能,并进行了矿场试验。结果表明,该超分子溶液通过与亲水性界面的共价结合在岩石表面组装成膜;膜的拉伸强度为3.5MPa,断裂伸长率为135%,邵氏硬度为36,在蒸馏水中的溶胀率小于3%;防砂和堵水性能好于当前使用的各种材料;矿场实验表明,防砂有效周期大于22个月,堵水率大于30%。

Abstract: Supramolecular solution is made by PVP and PLAPEG2000 (mLA/mPEG=10/1) .The mechanism and properties of water and sand prevention are studied and fieldtest has been finished subsequently.The results are listed as follows:Membranes on the hydrophilic surface of rock are formed,the tensile strength is 3.5MPa,the ultimate elongation is 135%,the Shore hardness is 36,the swelling ratio in distilled water is less than 3%.It has better performance than the other materials used by oilfield now.Sand prevention period is more than 22 months,and water plugging efficiency is more than 30%.
