油田注入水中机械杂质悬浮装置的研制

摘要: 注入水中所含机械杂质的浓度、颗粒大小不同对地层裂缝、孔隙所产生的阻塞作用和对油井产量的影响就不同。在实验室研究这一问题时,遇到的一大难题就是如何使注入水中机械杂质在长时间的实验过程中保持均匀分布。注入水机械杂质悬浮装置就是为此而研制的。简要介绍了注入水中不同机械杂质堵塞岩心程度和规律的实验流程图,重点阐述了其中带搅拌器的高压中间容器的结构组成,悬浮机械杂质的工作原理,以及主要零部件的设计计算。通过对试制样机的试验运行,其结果表明该装置工作可靠,能使注水中的机械杂质均匀悬浮,且不改变注入水的压力及特性,提高了注入水的渗透率,保证了注入水含不同机械杂质对油井生产影响的实验研究。

Abstract: Based on how to make the additional substances in flood water keep uniform distribution during long-time experimental process, we developed the units of mixing additional substances in flood water. This paper briefly introduced the flow chart of the experiment in which different additional substances in flood
water are how to jam core and its rules, and presented the structure composition, the operation principle, and the design of main elements of high-pressure vessel with stirrer in the experiment. By testing and checking the sample vessel with stirrer, its functions and results indicated that the unit runs reliably, makes the additional substances suspend uniformly in flood
water, and keeps the flood-water pressure steady. Finally it improved the permeability of flooding water.
