中原油田分压选压技术研究及应用

摘要: 中原油田油层条件复杂,层段跨度大、单层厚度小、各个小层地应力相差较大,常规的多层合压或全井合压难以有效改造整个储层。对此,研究了选井评层系统和机械分隔相结合的分压选压技术,对具有潜力的小层进行彻底改造;开发的一次下井双封管串分层压裂管串开创了中原油田双级机械封隔器分层压裂的先例。现场应用增产效果明显。

Abstract: The conditions of some wells in Zhongyuan oilfield are complex with a long treatment interval, small mono-layer thickness and great in-situ stress difference in vertical profile. It is difficult to stimulate the whole target interval by general hydraulically fracturing technique. In this paper, a set of layering
and chosen fracturing technique was developed, which included evaluation technique of target formation, tools of mechanical separating-layer. The technique was proven to be successful and effective in Zhongyuan oilfield because of outstanding stimulation effect.
