jet pumps，introduces several typical examples in which jet pumps are recently applied in production at home and abroad, According to what is mentioned above, the paper also analyzes special technical characteristics of jet pumps and their pumping systems comprehensively, Since the structure of jet pumps is simple, compact and strong，and the principle is new and effective, jet pumps are thought to have such advantages as wide use; long service life and convenient maintenance, It is a valuable thing to study the application of jet pumps in the development of Sichuan oil and gas field.
