Abstract: The trend of information globalization brings enterprises not only opportunities but also challenges. Based on analyses of the effects of information technology and information globalization on the organization pattern of business management, the authors of this paper propose the integration of such concepts and methods as“Business Process Reengineering”,“Total Cost Management”and“Game Theory”in business management, so that the enterprise can make full use of the newest information technology and compete successfully in the market.
