Abstract: Based on the drilling engineering feature of offshore oil area buried structure in Shengli oilfield and drilling difficulties and influence factors, some practical methods and measure improving rate of penetration(ROP) of this offshore area were presented in details in the paper. The successful example oCB30A-Ce 3 drilling has proved the practical value and the application foreground of the technologies.
