By an intigration of the data from thin sections, X- diffraction, Scanning Electrical Micro-scope, the author of this paper discussed in detail on the evolution of porosity and diagenesis of Middle Jurassic Reservoir in Tuha Basin, it is indicated that stong compaction is the basic origin of low porosity and low permeabity reservoir. The cementation is controlled by the permeating-diffusing mechanism and the heat convertion mechanism and be able to result in the formation of diagenic trap.

In this paper,petroleum sources on Lower Tertiary of Wuxing structural belt in Yitong graben,Jilin Provinces is studied by geochemistry method. It is indicated that there are two sources of petroleum, their maturity is not high enough (Ro=0.6-0.8%). One comes from Yongji Formation in Xinanbao, which results in the accumulation of commercial petroleum, distributes near No.2 fault. Another comes from Shuangyang Formation, it is far away from No.2 fault and with no productive capacity. No.2 fault plays a very important role in the petroleum migration and accumulation in this area.

Many studies have been done about the mathematical model of layered reservoirs with crossflow. The dual permeability model proposed by D. Bourdet is the most practical one. But its application is limited because it is numerically unstable when the skin factor is negative. Based on the concept of effective wellbore radius, a new model of layered reservoir with crossflow is presented in this paper. The new model is numerically stable and takes into account the influence of wellbore phase redistribution and it enlarges the application range of Bourdet s model.

Under the operation conditions of a jet pump system in one well considered, the maximum average operation efficiency of the jet pump system over a range of flowing bottomhole pressures is taken as the objective function on the premise of meeting the production requirements. The optimum model is set up, considering four optimum variables, that is, the ratio of nozzle area to
throat area, piston pump horsepower, piston pump pressure, and tubing size. The model includes twelve constrained conditions which are governed by caviation characteristics and operation performance of a jet pump and can be determined by complicated iterative calculation of jet
pump performance.. The technique of mixed-discrete nonlinear optimization is used to solve
the model in order that a jet pump system matches optimally. The optimum matching technique lays the theoretical foundation for the general layout of a jet pump system of a well.
