The article digs deeply the cultural attractiveness of religious culture in the development of Dali tourism．It
comprehensively assesses the characteristics of Dali religious culture tourism as well as the development potentia1．Besides，it analyzes the present situation and merits of development and points out the existed problems．All in all，the article puts forward the solution to the design development security system，plan and protection of religious cultural tourism products．
