摘要:

分析传统听评课存在的弊端,介绍课堂观察的发展沿革、组织形式、观察框架的构建与观察工具的开发,并将其与传统
听评课作对比,提出将课堂观察作为提升校本教研质量、促进教师专业发展的创新范式。借鉴LICC范式设计了两个观察量表。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the shortages existing in traditional Chinese classroom observation, introduces the development and
the form of classroom observation, the development of the observation tools and the construction of the observation frame, and then
compares them with traditional Chines classroom observation. This paper also advocates for using classroom observation to improve the quality of education and teachers' professional skills and designs two observation scales with the reference to the LICC paradigm.
