Problems of deficient teacher resources, limited practical training resources and students' poor English basic knowledge exist in business English teaching in border vocational and technical colleges. In order to efficiently improve business English teaching in border vocational and technical colleges and prepare a better employment prospect for students, the paper studied and analyzed these problems and then proposed the solution of "three abolishments" and "three establishments".
