    Guanzhongji, a book rich with thoughts of people's livelihood, was written by YANG Mingyang. It unveils YANG's deep concern of common people's living, surviving and developing. As the problems of people's livelihood have been increasingly emerging in the course of domestic social and economic development, a fresh study of these thoughts are now an important revelation to the setting of human-centered scientific development outlook and the quick improving of peopele's livelihood as the key to social construction.

    Jiangnan Region and Yunnan Province are two representative areas of ancient town tourism in China. Relying on their rich ancient town resources, prior development consciousness and prominent tourist achievements, Jiangnan Zhouzhuang and Yunnan Heshun have become the ancient town tourism development pronoun in China, and at the same time, the successful "Zhouzhuang Mode" and "Heshun Mode" are followed by many ancient towns for reference. Nevertheless, their tourism development modes are varied due to their distinct differences in regional economy, local culture and spatial organization. Aiming to provide an effective
    revelation to the domestic ancient town protection and development, this article compares Zhouzhuang and Heshun from regional economic background, spatial and industry model, and then analyzes the differences of ancient town tourism in different regions.

    Snow chant is an important theme among all the chants of objects. XIE Huilian's Chant of Snow and the "Baizhan Style" by OUYANG Xiu and SU Shi in Song Dynasty are remarkable works in the history of snow chants. After sorting the development of snow chants, the article finds that the creativity in "Baizhan Style" lies in its inheritance of the undeveloped writing skills from Chant of Snow. By comparison, we can get an impression of writing poems in the form of chants among Song poetry.

    This paper sorts out the research status quo of local legal in the end of Qing and beginning of Republic, deepens regional study by combining new historiography and multidisciplinary analysis , and then suggests that the case study of Yunnan local legal and its practice in the same period represents the methodological transformation of central-local relationship history study. The paper also points out that under the theoretical framework of state and society the key of methodological transformation lies in three aspects:objective description of Yunnan local legal relationship, power system, legal control and legal culture; the analyzes of the interaction of Yunnan local elite and populace politics; and the revealing of Yunnan local legal development in modern transformation period from the perspective of sociology of law and historical anthropology.

    In order to understand the influencing factors of test anxiety among students in Dali University, 565 university students at school were investigated through the "Questionnaire of Influencing Factors to Test Anxiety among University Students" compiled by CHEN Jing. The results revealed that the influencing factors to test anxiety among students are varied. The paper suggests that concrete countermeasures are supposed to be taken on the base of overall health education.

    Web-based autonomous learning of college English was performed on students of Grade 2009 in Dali University. Sample students were investigated and their learning conditions and difficulties were analyzed.
