Objective: In order to establish the enterprise standard of product. The content of phycocyanin, chlorophyll and
carotenoid in Tang Zhikang tablets were determined. Methods: Following the Appendix B, C and D of the Standard DB 53/186-2007 to test. Results: The contents of phycocyanin，chlorophyll and carotenoid in Tang Zhikang tablets were 2 865.34 mg/100g, 443.75 mg/100g and 184.06 mg/100g respectively. Conclusion: The content of phycocyanin，chlorophyll and carotenoid in spirulina compound tablets is one of the indexes of the product. Therefore, this experiment will be applied in making the standard of quality control for the product.
