A New Target of Peritoneal Ultrafiltration Failure in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients:Peritoneal Angiogenesi

Objective:To analyze the major causes and tactics of uhrafihration failure in long peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:Through a large number of documents,we reviewed the characteristics of peritoneal angiogenesis research progress from the current points of incidence of peritoneal uhrafihration failure,and the change of peritoneal structure and funelion.Results:Vm‘ious eauses can stimulate the expression of VEGF in peritoneal membrane tissue,and promote the proliferation of new vascular,which result in increased effective peritoneal surface area of peritoneal membrane and reducd uhrafihration.Peritoneal angiogenesis was the main reason of peritoneal ultrafiltration failure.Conclusion:Peritoneal angiogenesis was the major reason of peritoneal ultrafihration failure,which WflS also the reseamh focus.There were a variety of methods to interfere the formation of new blood vessels.
