Abstract:

Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period is the original stage of the traditional Chinese culture, and is also a
turbulent time full of rapid social changes. Different scholars have all wrote books to find a good way to save the society and people's
minds. Among them, taoism, represented by Lao zi and Zhuang zi, put emphasis on the nature life of the people and started its
research of concern for life. Taoism, which made "Dao" as the core, put the maintenance of the nature life and enforcement of the
nature instincts of life as the highest pursuit. It put forward to treat the life more friendly and love all things. In addition, it gived us a
way about how to make a living, that is to guard the pure humanity and then enhance the spiritual realm. All of its thoughts all
contained abundant life implication.
