To understand the national theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to clarify the point that interferes the national
theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to publicize and employ the national theory of socialism with Chinese
characteristics, these are the three important issues concerning about the nation theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Among these, to correctly understand the theory is the root, to clarify the interference is the key, and to publicize and apply the
theory is the goal. In this paper, the above three questions are theoretically explained and responded.

Dali is the region where the Bai peoples live in Yunnan province, which is located on the hub of the western Yunnan
transportation and the Southern Silk Road. The ancient epigraphy literature of Bai on bronze ware, metal objects and stone tablets
formed its special characteristics of regional culture. Firstly, it writes the distinctive character of the pure and beautiful "Cangshan
Erhai Realm". Secondly, it absorbs the Confucian Culture substantially and builds the organic structure with the core of Confucian
culture. Thirdly, it fuses with other cultural elements and creates the permanent life of the Bai's regional culture.

The cultivation and improvement of graduate's self-efficacy, is an important item in the cultivation of talent person in
institutions of higher learning. From the cultivation perspective, we analyzed the situation of self-efficacy of postgraduate students in 2010 grade from Yunnan University, explored the value of self-efficacy to promote and improve cognitive ability, innovation ability, willpower and emotion control ability of the postgraduate; then we explored behavior, motivation and emotional characteristics which impact on self-efficacy, put forward some suggestions on the cultivation and improvement of the graduate's self-efficacy. Through these analyses, we hope to explore the course of the cultivation to adapt to social demands.

Group attachment refers to that there's a kind of emotional interaction and interdependence between members of
community. In recent years, sense of loneliness affects the mental health among students. The paper summarizes the mechanism of loneliness，group attachment content，and application methods of group attachment interventions in loneliness among college students. The group attachment in loneliness intervention application has four steps, including the identification of specific objectives, formation of groups attachment group, the use of a certain group counseling techniques for implementation, and evaluation.

Training qualified teachers for international Chinese teaching is the main objective of talent education for Teaching
Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL). The personnel training program includes the professional course teaching system and professional three-dimensional practical teaching system. Word motivation could deepen the understanding of Chinese vocabulary and expand the vocabulary. Through the analysis of word motivation types, the inner motivation and outer motivation of modern Chinese double syllable nouns were investigated, and on this basis, some suggestion on disyllabic nouns teaching was proposed.
