Abstract:

Objective:To compare the effect of multiple modes combined analgesia and pure postoperative analgesia in artificial
knee joint replacement. Methods:A retrospective review of 80 patients with Artificial knee joint replacement who were hospitalized from January 2009 to August 2013.They were randomly assigned to two experimental groups (n =40 per group),Multiple mode combined analgesia combined analgesia group(Group A)and pure postoperative analgesia group(Group B). The effect of analgesia was evaluated by pain score at different time points within 72 hours after surgery and the knee joint activity. Results:The pain score of group B were higher than group A at any time point obviously(P<0.05),while the knee joint activity of group A were higher than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiple mode combined analgesia in the application of the artificial knee joint replacement could reduce the pain of patients and could improve the knee joint early functional exercise of patients. It is safe and effective to use multiple mode combined analgesia in the application of the artificial knee joint replacement.
