Observation and Nursing of Coronary Artery Dilatation Patients Receiving Anti-thrombosis Therapy

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the nursing tips of coronary artery dilatation patients using aspirin and clopidogrel, and for
making sure the medication safety. Methods: 188 coronary artery dilatation patients' bleeding situation were observed and nursed, as
well as had received mental nursing, diet nursing and discharge instruction. Results: Among 188 patients, 150 patients had no
bleeding, 2 patients had gastrointestinal hemorrhage, 7 patients had bleeding gums, 3 patients had epistaxis, 2 patients had gross
hematuria, 4 patients had subcutaneous hemorrhage. Conclusion: Effective nursing can reduce and prevent the adverse reaction and
complications.
