Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the accuracy of transient elastography(Fibroscan)detection to liver fibrosis with chronic
hepatitis b(CHB). Methods: 71 cases of hospitalization patients with chronic hepatitis b were collected from February to October
2015. Fibroscan was applied to detect liver stiffness measurement(LSM), and ultrasonic positioning was used at the same time, then
the liver stiffness measurement(LSM)and hepatic fibrotic staging were compared. Results: LSM(kPa)of S0-1, S1, S1-2/S2, S2-3/S3,
S3-4/S4 were(4.16±1.53),(4.60±1.06),(5.84±2.82),(12.09±6.41)and(13.03±3.43), respectively, which was positively related to
the liver fibrosis stage(S). Tested by the rank and Kruskal Wallis test, the result is χ2=28.233 7, P<0.05. Conclusion: Fibroscan has
high diagnostic value for liver fibrosis of CHB.
