The spreading Confucianism in Yunnan Province is the process of assimilating the central-plain culture into the border culture. During this process, the Chinese national culture has evolved from "diversity" to "integration" and the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation has been gradually formed. Field investigations shows that there is a complete Confucius worship ceremony in Nuodeng Village of Yunlong County in Dali Prefecture. Such a ceremony is prevalent in Yunnan Province, and is a cultural performance in the dissemination of Confucianism. Literature studies indicate that Confucianism has exerted a great influence on Yunnan ethnic culture through three dissemination stages: preliminary, systematic and comprehensive. Through continuous and in depth cultural cultivation, Confucianism has integrated the regional culture, consolidated the social structures, and strengthened the concept of the state, thus promoting the construction of the cultural community, social community and political community, providing an important cultural resource for forging the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation among all ethnic groups in Yunnan today.

    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (1): 8-14.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2025. 01. 002
    Abstract45)      PDF (1424KB)(5)    Save
The connotation of harmonious and beautiful countryside contains rich spiritual civilization practice and represents a high degree of unity in forming the shape and forging the soul. The proposal of the construction of harmonious and beautiful countryside is an
inevitable result of the transformation of rural society from production-centered to life-centered and a timely response of the state to
the problem of disordered rural life order. The reconstruction of rural life order cannot rely too much on the institutionalized governance of the state. It is necessary to master the scale and boundaries of the exercise of public power and vigorously stimulate the endogenous main force of the community. Left-behind women are the most potential governance subjects in rural society. Their participation in life governance has gender advantages such as low opportunity cost, high degree of interest relevance, stronger affinity, and being good at using emotional governance means. In the new era, rural women should be empowered structurally, operationally and psychologically to activate the flexible engine of their participation in the governance of their lives, to promote their movement from the private sphere of the family to the public sphere of society, and to unite the vigorous forces for the construction of a harmonious and beautiful countryside.

By constructing the evaluation index system of coupling and coordinated development, and applying the entropy method
and the coupling coordination model, this paper makes a detailed empirical analysis on the coupling and coordination level of sports
industry and tourism industry in Yunnan Province from 2009 to 2019. The results indicate that both the sports industry and he tourism
industry in Yunnan Province have shown a steady growth trend, and the coupling coordination degree between them has also been
continuously optimized. In general, the development of the sports industry and the tourism industry in Yunnan Province exhibited an
upward trend during the study period. To further promote the coordinated development of these two major industries in Yunnan
Province, the following suggestions are put forward. Firstly, the government departments should establish a coordinated development
mechanism and improve the infrastructure to ensure the virtuous cycle of the industries. Secondly, the mass media should strengthen
diversified media publicity to enhance the visibility. Last but not least, each enterprise should give full play to its regional advantages to build characteristic industries and carry out innovative integration.

    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (1): 22-31.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2025. 01. 004
    Abstract58)      PDF (1568KB)(18)    Save
The reform of the land contractual management right system and urban-rural integrated development are crucial paths to achieve rural revitalization. Based on the China Household Finance Survey (CHFS) database, this paper investigates the impact of the
right confirmation of land contractual management on the transfer of using the Propensity Score Matching Method. Through the
Mediation Model, the mechanism of the impact of the right confirmation of land contractual management on the transfer of rural labor is explored. The research indicates that the right confirmation of land contractual management will decrease the number of members
engaged in agricultural labor in rural households. The mechanism test reveals that the transfer of land management rights plays an
intermediary role. That is, the right confirmation of land contractual management promotes the transfer of land management rights,
thereby reducing the number of members engaged in agricultural labor in households. Further research discovers that the impact of the right confirmation of land contractual management on the transfer of rural labor is heterogeneous in terms of region, farmland quality, and educational level. Accordingly, policy suggestions are proposed from four aspects, namely, establishing and improving the farmland transfer and transaction market mechanism, making full use of the efficiency of right confirmation according to local conditions, encouraging farmers to learn modern agricultural technologies, and constructing a non-agricultural employment guarantee system.

The Relationship and Evolution of the Cultural, Sports, and Tourism Industries#br# in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region with Various National Economic Sectors:#br# Based on the Calculation of China's Inter-Regional Input-Output Tables
Jiao Lili, Wang Zhifang, Zhang Dan
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (1): 32-43.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2025. 01. 005
    Abstract55)      PDF (1806KB)(5)    Save
In the era of new development, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an important part of China's
national regional development strategy. The coordinated development of industries in the three places is the core driving force for
regional integration. Currently, the integration and coordination of the cultural, sports, and tourism industries have become an
important force and means for the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on the Chinese regional input-output tables
of 2012 and 2017, this paper analyzes the backward and forward linkage relationships and their evolutionary characteristics between
the cultural, sports, and tourism industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and various sectors of the national economy from the
perspectives of the whole national economy, the three major industries, and the subdivided industries. The study finds that both the
influence coefficient and the inductance coefficient of the cultural, sports, and tourism industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region
show an upward trend, but the influence coefficient is higher than the inductance coefficient, indicating that these industries are driven by demand rather than supply. The backward and forward linkages with the primary industry are both weak; the backward linkages with the secondary industry have significantly decreased in Beijing and Tianjin but have noticeably increased in Hebei. The forward linkages have significantly decreased in Beijing and Hebei while noticeably increasing in Tianjin; the backward linkages with the tertiary industry are becoming stronger, while the forward linkages have sharply decreased in Beijing but increased in Tianjin and
Hebei. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has high backward dependence on eight types of industries such as domestic leasing and
business services, paper printing and cultural, educational, sports goods, and cultural, sports, and tourism products. Beijing tends to
provide forward supply to service sectors such as the cultural, sports, and tourism industries and public management, while Tianjin and Hebei tend to provide forward supply to manufacturing sectors such as metal smelting and rolling products and chemical products. The research is of great significance for promoting the regional development strategy and policy formulation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It not only provides scientific data support for the high-quality development of the cultural, sports, and tourism industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region but also provides valuable decision-making references for the implementation of coordinated development strategies in these regions and other areas of China.

The mind travel activities of Korean literati, which are based on Chinese literary scenes, have erected a bridge between
texts and imagination, as well as between images and real landscapes. This is an acceptance phenomenon that cannot be overlooked in the overseas dissemination of Chinese literature. By means of "mind travel through paintings","mind travel through writing" and "mind travel through scenery", Korean literati have not only achieved self-entertainment as a substitute for on-site travels but also reached a high degree of congruence and creative transcendence with Chinese literature and its artistic spirit on a spiritual level. The progression from texts to paintings and then to the representation of real scene spaces fully showcases the interweaving and convergence of Chinese literature with other art forms on the ancient Korean Peninsula, from which the commonalities of East Asian culture have emerged.

The improvement of the training mechanism of legal talents in the field of data security is an important support for realizing
the safe, efficient and sustainable development of China's digital economy. The traditional legal education concepts and methods have
shown inadaptability in the digital age, and the hidden dangers of data security under the rapid iteration of digital technology are
difficult to be identified. The cultivation of digital legal talents in colleges and universities often lacks a comprehensive understanding
of the development of the digital economy and data governance, thus being unable to construct a teaching system adapted to data
security governance, and also lacks interaction with practical fields related to data security. Therefore, a critical solution to improve the
cultivation mechanism of digital law talents in colleges and universities in the context of data security governance lies in building a
scientific and complete "Data Security" course system, integrating it into the cultivation program of law students, and integrating the
legal regulation of digital platforms, corporate data compliance governance and data security-related cutting-edge technologies and
    their standards into teaching practice.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To explore the antiplatelet activities of Astragalus bhotanensis and A. yunnanensis subsp. incanus, and compare
them with A. membranaceus, to evaluate their potential application value in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Methods: The effects of ethanol extracts from A. membranaceus and six species of Astragalus plants in Yunnan on ADP-induced
platelet aggregation, collagen-induced ATP release and platelet adhesion were compared in vitro. The evaluation was performed by
optical turbidimetry, ATP content measurement, and phalloidin fluorescent staining. Results: The A. membranaceus, A. bhotanensis, A.
yunnanensis subsp. incanus and A. tongolensis significantly inhibited ADP-induced platelet aggregation at a certain concentration (P<
0.05). Among them, A. bhotanensis and A. yunnanensis subsp. incanus can significantly reduce the ATP release induced by collagen
and inhibit the adhesion of platelets on the surface of collagen, and their action intensity was similar to that of A. membranaceus, while
the other Astragalus plants in Yunnan had no obvious activity. Conclusion: A. bhotanensis and A. yunnanensis subsp. incanus have
similar activities to A. membranaceus in anti-platelet aggregation, release and adhesion, suggesting that they are potential candidates
for antithrombotic drugs, but their active components and mechanisms need further study.

Wang Xianyu , Mao Jianhua , Wu Bihua , Su Shuangyan , He Jinlong , Liang Qilang , Chen Yiming,
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (10): 22-31.   DOI: [DOI]10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2025. 10. 004
    Abstract0)      PDF (2148KB)(5)    Save
〔Abstract〕 Objective: To investigate the expression of prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) in pancreatic cancer cells and its effects on
cell migration, proliferation, and invasion. Methods: Stable Panc1 cell lines with PSCA overexpression and knockdown were
established using lentiviral vectors. PSCA expression levels were detected by qPCR and Western blotting. Functional assays, including
wound healing, CCK-8 proliferation, and Transwell invasion assays, were performed to assess cellular behavior. Results:
Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that PSCA was primarily localized on the cell membrane. PSCA overexpression significantly
increased mRNA levels (P<0.001), whereas protein expression showed no statistically significant change (P>0.05). Functional assays
    revealed that PSCA overexpression markedly enhanced Panc1 cell migration (48 and 72 h, P<0.05), proliferation (72 h, P<0.05), and
invasion (48 h, P<0.05). Conclusion: PSCA overexpression can promote proliferation, migration, and invasion of pancreatic cancer
cells through mRNA-level effects or potential indirect mechanisms. These findings suggest a pro-tumorigenic role of PSCA in
pancreatic cancer progression and provide an experimental basis for further investigation of its molecular mechanisms.

〔Abstract〕 Objective: To investigate the expression characteristics and prognostic value of the tripartite motif-containing 28
(TRIM28) in pleural mesothelioma (PM). Methods: Combining TCGA, GEO databases, and clinical samples, the expression level,
prognostic relationship, and association with immune infiltration of TRIM28 were analyzed. The expression differences were verified by
real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemical staining, and a protein interaction network was constructed using
the String database. Results: TRIM28 was significantly overexpressed in PM tissues and cells, and its expression level was significantly
correlated with tumor stage, patient age, and tumor type (P<0.05). Both tumor type and TRIM28 expression level were significantly
correlated with patient prognosis (P<0.05). Furthermore, TRIM28 gene overexpression was positively correlated with regulatory T cell
immune infiltration (P<0.05). The ROC curve showed a good diagnostic performance for TRIM28. Gene enrichment analysis suggested
that it may be involved in PM progression through signaling pathways such as the cell cycle. Conclusion: TRIM28 may be an
independent prognostic factor and potential therapeutic target for PM.

Composite Narrative and Huaxia Identity: Local Cultural Strategies in Yunnan During the Ming
Dynasty — A Study Centered on The Record of the Sanling Temple
    Hua Shunyao, Yang Jiebin
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (11): 8-14.
    Abstract13)      PDF (1556KB)(2)    Save
Taking Record of the Sanling Temple (created in the first year of the Jingtai reign of the Ming Dynasty, 1450) as its core
text, this study examines the composite narrative strategies adopted by local elites in 15th-century Yunnan to reconstruct the identity of Huaxia's ancestral origins, drawing on multi-source historical materials such as inscriptions, local gazetteers, and genealogies.Focusing on the "Sanling" system (comprising a Tibetan chieftain, a general of the Tang Dynasty, and a member of the Nanzhao royal clan), this study reveals its tripartite cultural construction mechanisms: the sacralization of war memory by transforming the Tianbao War into the worship of deities protecting the region; the legitimation of matrilineal narratives through the integration of the “Baijie Amei”(Sister Baijie) figure with mythical birth legends and Confucian moral symbols; and the legalization of cross-ethnic symbols via the integration of Buddhism, Taoism, and indigenous beliefs. Findings indicate that Ming-era Yunnan's identity construction strategically responded to imperial "Sinicization" policies while preserving indigenous traditions. This reveals the dynamic contestation between the central and local authorities in the process of sinicization, offering historical insights for the integration of national identity in multi-ethnic states.

    Abstract16)      PDF (2299KB)(3)    Save
Finance and technology serve as two pivotal drivers for achieving high-quality economic development. This study selects
indicator data related to financial development, technological innovation, and high-quality economic development from 30 provinces in China over the period of 2005 to 2019. Three indices were constructed using the entropy weight method, followed by the application of coupling coordination degree models and PVAR models to examine the coupling coordination and interactive relationships among these three factors. Results indicate that eastern coastal provinces exhibit superior coupling levels across all three systems of finance, technology, and high-quality economic development compared to central and western regions. Significant inter-provincial disparities within regions reveal development imbalances and incoordination. Bidirectional causal relationships exist between each pair of the three systems: finance, technology, and high-quality economic development. Impulse response analysis reveals that financial development and technological innovation significantly promote high-quality economic development.

    Wang Caihong, Cao Yingqi
    Journal of Dali University    2025, 10 (11): 25-35.
    Abstract19)      PDF (2250KB)(2)    Save
Basic education is the foundation of national education, and the balance of financial input is of vital importance to education development and educational equity. Focusing on the regional distribution equity of basic education funding in Qinghai
Province, this study employs quantitative tools such as the coefficient of variation, Gini coefficient, Theil index, OPAI, and Maclaurin type ratio to analyze basic education fiscal data from two cities and six prefectures in Qinghai Province from 2018 to 2022. The study reveals significant disparities in the distribution of basic education funding within Qinghai Province, with particularly pronounced issues in per-student operational funding for preschool education. To address these challenges, the research proposes several recommendations: implementing differentiated fiscal investments, expanding funding channels for preschool education, strengthening fiscal oversight, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing policy safeguards. These suggestions provide theoretical foundations and practical references for optimizing basic education funding in Qinghai and other underdeveloped regions, thereby advancing educational equity and promoting high-quality, balanced development.

The school-based transmission of ethnic minority folk culture under Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a complex and challenging systemic endeavor centered on the organic integration of cultural preservation and talent cultivation. It requires designing pathways through multiple dimensions: strengthening faculty development, refining curriculum systems, fostering tripartite collaboration among schools, families, and communities, and establishing supportive mechanisms. This involves expanding teaching resources through internal training and external recruitment, enhancing the curriculum system through school-based courses, experiential learning programs, and digital technology applications; expanding cultural transmission spaces by integrating family, inter-school, and societal transmission; and providing foundational support through policy mechanisms and evaluation systems. This approach positions schools as primary platforms for advancing the modern transmission of ethnic folk culture, thereby continuously contributing educational strength to the nation's cultural development.
