Since Nanzhao period, local gods（benzu）worship has been Bai's ethnic religion for more than one thousand years.
Although local gods worship is a kind of primitive religion, there are local gods temple, local gods statue, local gods temple fair,
sacrificial rites and folk customs. Local gods worship of the Bai has had a profound impact on customary law with Bai local gods
worship as one of the important origins of Bai minority customary law. It plays an important role in adjusting the relationship between
man and nature, man and man, man and society to form a complete set of code of conduct and norms, forming unique referee in the
dispute resolution rule, and constructing a harmonious Bai society.

Students of adults education is a subgroup of college students, the current situation of their religious identity can be
divided into four parts: the number of students who have religious belief is small; religious belief is helpful for self-developing; the
reason of students who have religious belief is various; students have high degree of acceptance in religion. According to the current
situation mentioned above, this paper proposes some suggestion: it's necessary to guide and educate students to recognize and take a
proper view of religion; to stick to the principle that religious belief should serve for the solidarity of our country; to enhance students'
political consciousness and construct a harmonious religion environment.

From the beginning of 17th century, anthropologists in Europe, America and Japan have carried out extensive researches on
Tibetan religion, which accumulated considerable academic achievements on Tibetan Buddhism, Tibetan society, rituals, Buddhism art
and religious practice. And the empirical research paradigm of Tibetan religion has shifted from orientalism and colonialism to
structural-functionalism after the Second World War. Since 1980s, the anthropology research on Tibetan religion has thrived again,
and Chinese scholars discussed how to realize inherit and transform of Tibetan Buddhism under the perspective of modernization,
which pushing forward the construction of native discourse system in Tibetan studies.

Agriculture supply side structural reform is an important policy and measure to accelerate agricultural modernization in
China. Existing research provides a guideline for the breakthrough of agriculture supply side difficulty, and mainly focuses on
"reducing the inventory, lowing costs, making up for the weakness" reform, puts forward structural adjustment, transfer mode and the
reform path of increasing investment. Starting with the basic connotation and necessity of the agriculture supply side structural reforms,
this paper summarizes the main issues and problem solving method of agriculture supply side, discovers improvement space for
research, and proposes four directions to deepen research.

In the American classic drama Death of A Salesman, Arthur Miller successfully created a low man Willy Loman struggling
between ideal and reality. By using the effect of the Besieged Fortress proposed by Qian Zhongshu in his novel Fortress Besieged to
analyze Willy's tragedy, it can be seen that Willy who is influenced by Jewish culture is a marginalized man wandering outside the
fortress of America's mainstream culture; Willy hopes to win a place of himself in business competition against his nature but gets
nothing but failure and is expelled from his illusionary American Dream; Willy is stubbornly obsessed with the realization of American
Dream ignoring his family's love, and thus is deeply sunk into loneliness and depression without any hope to be saved.

Practice aesthetics has originated in 1950s and 1960s with the first "Great Aesthetics Discussion" as the symbol. But at
the beginning of the aesthetics of big discussion from 1956 to 1958, the "social", as the basis of practice and the end-result, actually
concealed the meaning of the "practice" concept itself. Li Zehou, Jiang Kongyang, who were in the concealment which made their own
theory finally diverge from the concept of "practice" in this period. However, comparing with them, Zhu Guangqian, who hasn't
narrated directly the concept of "practice", had a tendency of the "practice" theory.

The evolution of moral ideas in the new period of China can be divided into four stages. Transition period: 1978-1991;
Exploration period: 1992 - 2000; Developing period: 2001 - 2011; Stable period: 2012 to present and near future. The main
enlightenment of moral ideas evolution are: the change of the economic system is the fundamental cause; the political superstructure is
in the leading position; the status of moral in society becomes increasingly important; moral conflicts are inevitable phenomena with
social changes; the formation of new moral concepts has to go through a long process from the fuzzy and general situation to the more
specific and clear, and the mainstream moral concepts advocated by the society has to be practical, clear, easy to remember and to
practice.

Heidegger explored the essence of language from the origin of the language and revealed the secret origin of rational
principles: the ancient definition of language from ancient Greek. Based on his observation, the basis of communicating is a primary
power which has been covered and neglected. This power is the collection of the logos. He claims that human's life and language have
consistency and mass popularity. Because of the consistency, human and object have their own meaning with language's original
meaning and rational principle; meanwhile, the opposition between subject and object in traditional metaphysical view of language also
has been dispelled.

Research on the "Master and Servant Relationship" has always been a focus of Hegel's The Phenomenology of Mind
research. Taking how "Master and Servant Relationship" achieve reconciliation as the clue, Kojeve and Bataille explored the implied
relationship of soul and body issues in "Master and Servant Relationship", e.g. the relationship of human's "freedom issues". Marx's
concept of "being-here" and the theory of "alienated labor" has transcended Hegel's spiritual philosophy in theory and practice by his
new materialism.

The Reschedule of Poetry Member System in the Middle-Late Tang Dynasty by Li Huaiming was one of the important works
in poetry theory of "Gaomi Poetry" in Qing dynasty. It has spread widely after its' publication, and been inscribed for many times.
Meanwhile, it has come up with two different editions by Liu Daguan and Zhao Zhuotong, which were rare in Qing's works. There are at
least four versions in Liu Daguan's edition. Due to the supplement and correction of Wang Xifu, the student of Li Huaiming, The
Reschedule of Poetry Member System in the Middle- Late Tang Dynasty is much better than Zhao Zhuotong's edition in content,
collating, and influence.

book is mainly about mountains, lakes, climate, plants, animals, gates, commercial industry, manufacturing industry, officers, couplets,
poems, religious beliefs, customs, etc. With the importance in human geography, history and literature, it reflected authors' concern on
people's livelihood, reality, and the unity of humanistic thought. Although some deficiencies existed in the book, in spite of theses
flaws, this book enriched the research materials of Lijiang history research with value in local culture, nationality, religion, tourism
resources development.

The route of the socialist core values education in primary and secondary schools changing from "material-centered" to
"ability-oriented" is an inevitable requirement for the socialist core values' internalization in students. With the substantialization of
content structure, the assault of the process form, and simplification of methods, "Material-centered" education make the socialist core
values formalistic. Possible reasons of causing this problem lie in: the mistaken and narrow concept of the purpose of primary and
secondary schools--taking intellectual education as the center; administration deviating from education--based on the measurement
for the credentials; and the rigid single theoretical perspective--sticking to the discipline curriculum orientation. As for making sure
the efficient implement of the "ability-oriented" route for the socialist core values education in primary and secondary schools, the
strategies must be carried out: establishing open communication teaching to form the main body relations of enhancing the rational
communication ability; creating multiple learning resources to constructing campus culture of inspiring personality potential; and
establishing internal and external co-symbiotic environment to cultivate the civilized educational atmosphere.

A questionnaire was designed based on study plan, learning process, self-study, and the way of knowledge acquisition.
302 minority college students majored in science, engineering, liberal arts and medical science in Dali University were chosen as the
sample. Survey data was processed using statistical software SPSS18.0. The result is statistically significant. The result has shown that
minority students' learning habits are different in study plan, learning process, and the way of knowledge acquisition. The differences in
study habits of the students may provide valuable references in our teaching, lesson plan and curriculum design.
