    Study on the Solution Methods and Numerical Tests of Trust Region Subproblem

    Trust region algorithm is an important numerical method to solve unconstrained optimization problems at present and the solution of trust region subproblem is the key to realizing the trust region algorithm. In this paper three methods for solving trust region subproblemsindeterminate broken line method Moré-Sorensen method and truncated conjugate gradient method are described. A large number of numerical tests are carried out on the above three methods by using the unconstrained optimization test function package widely used in the world. The results show that to some extent the efficiency of the truncated conjugate gradient method is better than the other two methods and the non-monotone trust region algorithm is better than the traditional monotone algorithm to some extent.

    Co-location pattern is a subset of spatial feature setand some instances of different features in co-location pattern frequently appear in adjacent areas. Looking at relevant research reports on high utility co-location pattern mining the existing high utility co-location patterns mining algorithms do not consider the impact of the length of pattern on the utility of pattern. To explore this issue we propose an effective algorithm of mining high average-utility co-location patterns HAUCP from spatial dataset to provide a better evaluation of the real utility of co-location pattern. First a comprehensive definition of high average-utility co-location patterns based on spatial dataset is proposed. Secondly the basic algorithm of high average-utility co-location pattern mining is constructed. For improving the efficiency of the basic algorithm two pruning strategies are developed to reduce the computing costs. Finally extensive experiments on real dataset and synthetic dataset are carried out to prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Experimental results show that high-utility co-location patterns of HAUCP are more reasonable.

    With the development of artificial intelligence theory and technology face detection and recognition as an important branch of computer vision has become the focus of academic research in recent years. This paper studies and implements the Adaboost face detection algorithm and the face recognition algorithm based on eigenfaces. Using the cascading characteristics of Adaboost detectors a face classification algorithm based on gradient direction pyramid and support vector machine is introduced which removes part of the false detection results a segmentation algorithm based on the skin color model is introduced to accurately perform the face area. Face recognition are experimented on the second-generation ID card Feret face database and internet image resources. The results show that the algorithm has a significant effect on frontal faces with fast recognition speed and high accuracy.

    Attribute reduction is the main research field of fuzzy rough sets also the first systematic application of that. However some scholars have proved that the problem of NP-hard is to find the minimum reduction. In this paper a new reduction algorithm is proposed in which the discernible matrix is first generated by the similarity degree and the relative core attributes are obtained by the discernible matrix then the heuristic algorithm based on the core attributes to generate the minimum reduction is presented. Finally an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.

    Species intelligent identification is a hot spot of current research. Based on transfer learning this paper has developed a spider species intelligent identification platform combining with data augmentation technology. First to enhance the data based on prominent prospects and traditional methods second to use the method of pre-training and fine-tuning in transfer learning to take the VGG-16 model parameters pre-trained by ImageNet as the initial parameters and freeze the convolutional layer and only the fully connected layer is trained finally to combine mobile the research and construction of mobile technology including the intelligent recognition platforms of Android and WeChat recognition systems and a background management system. After testing the system had an average accuracy of more than 95% for the recognition of five types of spiders4 families and 1 species. The platform could provide basic identification services thus effectively reduce the difficulty of species identification improve the identification rate and the stability of identification. At the same time it could further collect a large number of species image data uploaded by users and integrate online expert resources so as to continuously iterated and improved the identification system. In the related research of arachnids resources it has important application and theoretical values.

    With the continuous advancement of new engineering the concept of talent training curriculum teaching system and teaching mode have changed. The OBE concept characterized by "student-centeredness output orientation and continuous improvement" has been accepted by more and more colleges and universities and used in teaching reform. Discrete mathematics is one of the core courses of computer specialty and plays an important role in the talent training system.     In order to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of the intelligent vehicle following the target an automatic following system based on the improved April Tag algorithm is designed. Aiming at the problems of low real-time performance of current target tracking algorithm and poor recognition performance when the target is small an improved scheme based on April Tag algorithm is proposed. The real-time performance is improved by reducing the image quality when the label is large while the recognition accuracy is not affected. The recognition accuracy is improved by improving the image quality and reducing the detection range when the label is too small. The experimental results show that the improved April Tag algorithm has better accuracy and recognition speed and improves the real-time performance and accuracy of target tracking effectively which meets the requirements of target recognition and tracking for intelligent following robot.

    In this paper two-phase bubble rising and laminar flow problems are numerically simulated and the process of two-phase flow numerical simulation of problem analysis equation establishment and equation discretization are explained by simplifying two-dimensional model into an one-dimensional model. The problem chosen is typical the code is concise and the calculation results are in line with actual phenomena. It is easy to complete the teaching of this problem in a relatively shorter time which is helpful for students to form an overall thinking of analyzing and solving problems and helping them transit to the study and research problems in dimension 2 and 3.

    The larvae of Crypsis szekessyi Kaszab 1946 is described in detail and a brief comparison with other known larvae of Leiochrinini is provided in this study. It further confirms that the head position and the shape of the pronotum are important morphological features to distinguish the larvae of different genera of Leiochrinini and provides new data for in-depth research on Leiochrinini in terms of classification identification phylogeny and resource utilization.

    Based on the principles and methods of landscape ecologythe high-resolution remote sensing image provided by Google Earth was used as the data source to quantitatively study the landscape pattern of the whole campus and four functional zones in the ancient city campus of Dali University. This paper analyses the landscape pattern characteristics of the campus as a whole and of different functional zones discusses the merits and demerits of the landscape planning and construction of the ancient city campus of Dali University from the perspective of landscape ecology.     ObjectiveThis paper discusses the influence of the application of Internet technology on the effects of teaching shot put techniques for sports majors. MethodsThe students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and the relevant scores before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed. ResultsAfter the experiment the score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group P<0.01); the proportion of students who actively practiced after class in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control groupP<0.01. ConclusionThe teaching method with introduction of the "Internet+" is conducive to promoting students' enthusiasm for after-school practice and improving the technical teaching effect of track and field majors in physical education.

    Many colleges and universities are adopting the traditional teaching method in tennis classroom teaching. In order to improve the current teaching situation VR technology is used to explore the application of PBL teaching method in tennis class. The results showed that in terms of physical fitness there was a statistic difference between the grades of the experimental group and the control groupP<0.01), and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group as for the special skills overhand serve bottom line opposite pull and forehand and backhand shots grades have significant differences in the experimental group and the control groupP<0.01.     This article selects the annual data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019 involving 6 evaluation indicators and uses the factor analysis method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of lottery sales then analyze from both horizontal and vertical perspectives. The results show that from a horizontal point of view there are large differences in the sales volume of welfare lottery tickets in different provinces in the same year from a vertical point of view the comprehensive scores of welfare lottery tickets and all lottery sales factors in the same province in different years show a steady increasing trend in general.

    Objective To identify the actinomycete strains separated from soil and study their antibacterial activity. Methods Streak method was used to separate and purify four strains of StreptomycesDL002 DL003 DL004 DL005), and morphological and molecular biological methods were used to identify these strains. After that plate confrontations and filtering paper methods were used to study the antibacterial activity of them against standard strains of bacteria and fungi. Results The tested strains were Streptomyces flavogriseus. The growth of Bacillus subtilis Proteus vulgarisEscherichia coli Pseudomonas aeruginosa Aspergillus niger Rhizoctonia solani and the spore production of A. niger can be inhibited by any of the four strains. Among the four stains strain DL002 had the strongest inhibition effecton P. vulgaris and B. subtilis. Conclusion The tested strains all have inhibition effect on bacteria and fungi, especially, strain DL002 showed the strongest antibacterial activity and the ability to inhibit A.niger spore production, which could be further studied.

    Objective To evaluate the further improved versionimproved method 2 of improved Baermann funnel method improved method 1 reported in the literature. Methods Soil artificially added with quantitative nematodes and natural farmland soil were used as experimental materials and then the isolation rate of soil nematodes and costs of shallow dish method Baermann funnel method improved method 1 improved method 2 and LUDOX TM suspension method were measured. Results The isolation rate of nematodes by the improved method 2 showed no significant difference from that by LUDOX TM suspension method but is significantly higher than those by other methodsP<0.01. Conclusion Improved method 2 has obvious advantages in terms of nematode isolation rate operation time and cost.
