Abstract: At present，the Internet has become the main channel of information dissemination. In the“ Internet +”environment of public opinions， ideological guidance and value orientation conducted online and offline reflect the real goal of ideological theory， and ideological and political education focusing on public opinion cannot be absent. Under the new ecological public opinion， the discourse of ideological and political education innovation is in“ the last kilometer” of bringing new theory into the young students' mind and thus complete conscious transformation of discourse， and build a close connection between the ideological and political education discourse and the Internet media ecology， with full perception of ideology and culture in discourse expressions，which reflects the thought confidence and political demands of ideological and political education in the new era.
