我国高等教育转型与高校图书馆服务模式创新

摘要: 针对我国高校不断扩招、学生规模剧增、图书馆资源利用压力增大的实际,探讨了高校图书馆服务模式的创新问题。分析了高等教育由“精英化”向“大众化”转型期存在的读者需求信息面广、多样化、传输快、所需服务方式多元化等资源需求特点,讨论了高校图书馆的服务模式创新应改革服务空间和模式、实行开放式服务、借助现代先进技术提供优质服务。认为:在创新服务中应树立以人为本的理念,优化馆舍环境及其他软硬件设施,搞好馆藏资源建设,加强制度建设和人才培养。

Abstract: Focusing on innovation in university library services,this paper,analyzes,under the back ground of higher education transformation,the demand for library services which is characterized by large quantity and wide coverage of information,fast transmission of information,and diversified services.The author then concludes that innovation in university library can achieved by adopting open service system and providing high quality service with the help of modern technologies.
